Cameron was wonderful and an important part of our home search. He was very patient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us every house we wanted to see and even twice if we requested to. When we added to our “to see” list last minute he never complained. He pleasantly answered every question we had and there was a lot of them especially from me. We have had real estate agents before but never one we liked more than Cameron. We are now moving into our beautiful new home and when we are through fixing up our old house it’s Cameron that is going to list it for us. I feel like we could not choose anyone better!

I am so glad to have the opportunity to elaborate on my experience with Cameron. I am a senior citizen and long-time resident of Virginia. It was somewhat daunting to relocate to an area so far away with hurricane considerations and other matters so different from my last residence. Cameron helped me every step of the way. Even before I arrived, he gave me guidance on temporary housing as well as options on my potential new home. Cameron presented a wide range of options for me to consider, listened carefully to what I was looking for and had a targeted approach to what I might actually purchase. He didn't limit his scope to just buying a property and waiting for closing. His help extended to so many aspects of Florida living (insurance, what wind mitigation means, handymen, inspection check lists and so much more). He did an amazing job helping me on one of the most important purchases people make. Although I know he must be a very busy man, I never felt rushed or ignored. Again, the scope of his assistance went beyond the actual purchase of a building. I am so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him for anyone looking to change residence.

Cameron is very patient helping us find a right house for us. He thoroughly explained all the steps a few times as I was not familiar with the technical terms. My experience with him is that he really wants to find a right house for you. Cameron was always willing to tour the homes for us and very prompt when I contacted him.
